This is the mainstage at Rauma.
The sea is just to the right. As
you can see there were pretty
many people there and more
came during the evening.
Awesome weather too.
This is a picture from the beach at
Rauma. This was taken at roughly
3 am and the sun was already on
its way up.
Opposite of the picture above and
during the day. The crane in this
picture was for a guy that was
trying to set a world record for
the longest time standing on top of
a crane. He was trying to make
36 hours. I don't know if he
made it or not. Kinda funny.
Here I'm standing next to the
tent that we slept in. We just
got up and the sun was bright
at 10 am. Mikko and
company slept in the campers
behind us.
This is Don Johnson Big Band.
Big Band type music, with the guy
in the blue shirt rapping overtop of
it. They sang in English even
though they are Finnish. I got their
CD the week after Rauma.
This was one of the crowd favorites
on Friday night, Apulanta. There
was a ton of people for this band
and they all knew the words. They
sang in Finnish but it still sounded
cool cause it was alternative rock.
They have a song "hei hei metä
kuluu" aka "hey hey what's going
on." See I know some Finnish.
They dressed in white robes.
There was tons of crazy drunk
Finnish people there. This was
one of them. Fat spiderman with
an Elvis wig, that's classic.
This is Kwan, the band I said had
a bunch of random people thrown
together. White girl singing in
black dress with a black guy
rapping in suit and pink tie and the
band looked like they played for
Ozzy Osborne.
Band named Outlandish.
The biggest hip hop/rap
group that was there.
They are from Denmark.
